What controllers can ToolsTalk Power Focus be used with?

ToolsTalk Power Focus can be used with the Power Focus 4000 and PF3000 series controllers.

What version of ToolsTalk Power Focus do I need?

The ToolsTalk Power Focus software must be as new or newer than the release of the firmware that is on the controller. Unfortunately, this isn't easy to tell by the version numbers, and you can feel free to request advice from us using the Software Update Request page (linked below).

ToolsTalk Power Focus is generally backwards compatible with the older firmware versions. This means that a higher version of the ToolsTalk software will generally work without issues, even if it was released for a newer firmware version. There are occasions where there is too much of a difference, though, and you may receive an error alerting you of incompatibility.

In general, the newest version is the recommended version to use and it can be requested from our Software Update Request page (linked below):

How do I license my ToolsTalk Power Focus Software?

When licensing your software, it is recommended to first contact your local sales representative for assistance.
