If you are wanting to send in an Atlas Copco branded tool for service or repair, please read the following.
Please note that these instructions are for US and Canadian customers with Atlas Copco branded fastening and grinding tools.
Note: Do Not ship any batteries.
To ship tools in for service, we prefer that an RA (return authorization request) be created from wheresmytool.com using the "Request RA number" section.
If you need access to wheresmytool.com, please contact your sales representative and they can both request an account for you as well as directly create an RA.
Once you have your RA packing slip and know where to ship your tool/product (Address is on the RA packing slip):
Please include in the shipping container:
- Contact Name
- Company Name
- Address
- Contact Phone
- Contact Email
- Description of issue or service requested
- RA
For your records it is recommended to:
- Keep a record of the shipping information for the package. Including:
- Address and name shipped to
- Tracking number
- Shipping date
- Keep a record of your tool and part serial numbers that shipped in.
- Keep a record of the model numbers that are shipped in.
- Copy of RA (tends to have the above)
