Shipping tools to our Service Center

If you are wanting to send in an Atlas Copco branded tool for service or repair, please read the following.
While this channel and service center is primarily for fastening and grinding applications, All Atlas Copco branded tools can be shipped with the below instructions:

• Contact Name
• Company Name
• Address
• Contact Phone
• Contact Email
• Description of issue or service requested
• RA/RMA (If you have one)

For your records it is recommended to:

• Keep a record of the shipping information for the package. Including:
  • Address and name shipped to
  • Tracking number
  • Shipping date
• Keep a record of your tool and part serial numbers that shipped in.
• Keep a record of the model numbers that are shipped in.
